Death From Injuries
(N.Z. Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH. July 4. Six-year-old Elizabeth Anne Bruce, who suffered head injuries when she was knocked over by a car in Mangorei road. New Plymouth, on Sunday afternoon, died in the New Plymouth hospital on Monday night. She had not regained consciousness since her admission to the hospital. A daughter of Constable J. Bruce and Mrs Bruce, of 12 Karaka street, the child was apparently crossing a road at the time of the mishap.
