SPACE SHOT
U.S. Navy Pleased (N.Z.P.A. -Reuter— Copyright) WASHINGTON, June 29. "The most successful launch we have had” was how the United States Navy today described the unprecedented triple satellite shot from Ca-pe Canaveral last night. The experiment was expected to be the first operational space system in the world. The supervisor of the Space Development Division at Johns Hopkins Laboratory 'Dr. R. B. Kershner) commented: “Excellent. Excellent. We are delighted with the orbit.”
