“Give Way” Signs
Sir, —That confusion does exist where “Give Way” signs are has been proved by tlhe traffic officer who witnessed lost Friday at the comer of Edgeware road and Cranford street. No such confusion is reported at ordinary in t eresections so we might well ask. with “Ham.” why should ’'here be any confusion? 1 st’ilil maintain that it is mainly because drivers proceeding down Onanford street, have no way. of knowing that they have the right of way when tuminig to the night into Edgewpre ro*d. As a local resident I see this happening every day.—Yours, etc., ROAD SAFETY. June 29, 1961.
