Establishing New Churches
IN.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, June 11. The challenge of establishing churches In new housing area? was presented on Saturday to the annual meeting of the Otago and Southland association of the Baptist Union of New Zealand. “We must have an income of at least £lOOO a year in the advance fund for work in Otago and Southland, if we are to grasp the opportunity provided by these areas," the president (the Rev. E. M. Enright) said Delegates agreed to endorse this policy. They will try to increase the number of subscribers to the advance .' md. and invite churches to help by increasing the annual contribution of each member to 3s or more a year
