IN THE MATTER of the Rabbits Act. 1955; and in the matter of the Rating Act. 1925. and its Amendments. PUBLIC NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 65 OF THE RABBITS ACT, 1955: NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiau Rabbit Board has by Resolution dated June 1. 1961. classified all land in Its district for the purpose of levying a rate on a graduated scale for the period commencing on April 1. 1961, and ending on March 31. 1962. NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiau Rabbit Board intends at a meeting of the Board to be held at Waiau at 8 p.m. on Thursday. And notice is hereby further given that the said rate will become payable at the offices of the Board and in one sun on August 7. 1961. and that the Rate Book is open for inspection without fee bv ratepavers between 9 am. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. An additional charge of 10 per cent, will be added to an rates unpaid at the expiration of six months and 14 days from the date of demand and shall be payable and recoverable accordingly.
