Holders of licences previously issued by Selwyn County Council may renew by post, provided the current licence is enclosed, together with the prescribed fee of 5s for each year of renewal and a stamped, addressed envelope for return. Licences may be renewed for any number of years up to five. Personal application must be made by drivers required to produce a medical certificate or holding a licence Issued by any other local authority. Testing of drivers 70 years of age and over will be conducted on the afternoon of Monday. June 19. and for the full day on Wednesday.
