ALLOTMENT OF SHARES
750.000 To C.S.R. (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 9. The Colonial Sugar Refining Company, Ltd., has been allotted 750.000 new ordinary £1 shares in Fletcher Holdings. Ltd. Fletchers will now undertake on its own certain development projects in New Zealand which had earlier been contemplated on a joint-venture basis. In announcing this tonight the directors of Fletcher Holdings said that Colonial Sugar had acquired a substantial equity holding in Fletchers in 1945, Further details of the arrangements would be given to shareholders at the annual meeting, now to be held in Auckland on July 18.
