Petrous Tile
(N.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON. May 29. The Petrous Tile Company, Ltd, Dunedin, plans to issue 20,009 ordinary £1 shares to present shareholders. Proposals to change the name to Petrous Industries, Ltd, and to increase nominal capital from £59,000 (of which £40,090 is issued) to £100,090 were announced today. No further details of the issue were given.
