At the Oval.—Surrey six for 352 declared and none for 38 v. Warwickshire 228 (A. Smith 82, T. Cartwright 97 not out. D. Gibson seven for 38). At Oxford.—Oxford University 285 and two for 136 (D. Pithey 71 not out) v. Nottinghamshire seven for 355 declared (N. Hill 162. N. Winfield 46. C. Poole 40). At Leeds.—Yorkshire 279 and two for 43 v. Hampshire 184 (D. Baldry 84 not out)
