Borstal For Rape
(NX. Press Association) DUNEDIN, May 26. Michael Anthony Wills, aged 19. a university student, who appeared in the Supreme Court today for sentence on a charge of raping a 14-year-old girl, was sentenced to a period of Borstal training by the Chief Justice (Sir Harold Barrowclough).
