Miss Cox Enters Semi-Final (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) LONDON, March 17. The New Zealand champion, Miss Sonia Cox, scored three wins and a loss in the British badminton championships at Wembley stadium yesterday. She won her third round singles match against Miss M. O’Sullivan (Ireland), 11-6, 11-4, to enter the semi-finals. In the doubles she teamed up with Miss S. Ryder (Britain) to beat the British pair, Miss M. Evans and Miss E. Pattison, 15-0, 15-5, in the first round and Miss Larman and Miss Rabey (Britain), 15-10, 15-3, in the second. They were beaten, 15-10, 15-3, in the third round by Miss C. Dungleson and Miss W. Tyre (Scotland),.
