Kaiapoi Plnnket Mothers* Club.—Mrs C. Storer presided over 22 members at a recent meeting of the Kaiapoi Plunket Mothers’ Club. Preparation for the club's ninth birthday was discussed. Mrs L Poulton, a Christchurch chiropodist. gave an address on feet problems, covering foot ailments in all age groups. Mrs Storer made a presentation to Mrs Pouton and thanked her on behalf of the club. Somerfleld Townswomen.— The following officers were elected at the annual meeting of the Sotr.erfield Townswomen's Guild arts and crafts circle.—Leader, Mrs N. McGarva; secretary. Mrs J. W. Stanton; committee, Mesdames W. H. Turner, M. Bougen. D. Sloan. M. G. Perrin, and R. S. Marks. Annual competition winners were.—A class: Mrs N. McGerva 1, Mrs W. H. Turner 2, Mrs R. S. Manks 3. B class: Mrs M. G. Perrin 1. Mrs S. Ingiis 2, Mrs R. Wilson 3.
