Rebuff For Labour Secretary
< -Reuter—CopyrttM) NEW YORK, Feb. 19. Union leaders today sharply rebuffed the Secretary of Labour (Mr Arthur Goldberg) in his efforts to end a strike by flight engineers. The strike has grounded hundreds of commercial airliners and severely crippled tourist travel to Florida and California winter vacation areas. Mr Goldberg, moving directly into a major labour dispute for the second time since the Kennedy Administration took office on January 20, met s.>lid resistance during a week-end ef peacemaking attempts in the airline industry.
