Swimming New Zealanders Win At Armidale
(H.2. Press Assn.—Copynont; ARMIDALE. January 24. The New Zealand Universities’ swimming team maintained its record of wins when it competed at the university centre of Armidale, New-South Wales, last evening. The New Zealanders won 10 of the 11 events. One of the highlights in a relaxed programme was P. Hatch’s fourth place in the men’s 110 yards freestyle, swimming butterfly stroke. The New Zealanders will swim next at a carnival at Warwick tomorrow.
