PROPOSED AIRSTRIP AT MANAPOURI.—An aerial photograph showing the site of the airstrip which Mount Cook Air Services, Ltd., proposes to construct, about four miles from Te Anau township, subject to negotiations with the Lands and Survey Department. The suggested airstrip would be 5000ft long and 100ft wide, and would run from north to south parallel to the Manapouri-Te Anau road.
