C.F.M. Restores 2½ p.c. Bonus
Directors of the Canterbury Frozen Meat Company, Ltd, are recommending an annual dividend of 10 per cent plus a bonus of 24 per cent, on ordinary shares. The 24 per cent bonus was not paid last year. The 6 per cent, preference dividend has also been declared. The share register will be closed from January 31 until February 14 inclusive.
The annual meeting will be held on February 14 and will be followed by an extraordinary general meeting to consider capital proposals already advised to shareholders.
