21 Years On College Staff
Mr T. H. Dowling was congratulated at the St. Andrew’s College prize-giving ceremony yesterday on having taught at the college for 21 years. Three gifts were presented to him. One was from the parent-teacher association, another from the old boys’ association, and the board of governors presented him with a new gown.
Four other members of the staff of the college have served more than 21 years. They are the rector (Mr L. W. Stewart), Mr A. G. Gillies, Mr H. Dowling, a brother of Mr T. H. Dowling, and Mr F. J. Bennett.
