Parties Asking For Judicial Tribunal INew Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, December 9. The parties to the dispute over fruit and vegetable container prices in Auckland are asking the Minister of Industries and Commerce to set up a judicial tribunal. In a letter to the Minister, Mr J. H. Luxford, a retired Stipendiary Magistrate, who acted as an independent chairman at meetings between representatives of growers and retailers, states that the parties desire to be consulted on the person or persons to be appointed and asked that the tribunal start its inquiry orr February 7.
