Back To Work At 79
At 79, Mrs A. Genet has gone baek to work at Cashmere Sanatorium. She used to work there 30 years ago—"doing everything but the actual nursing,” she said yesterday. She has done sewing, helped with cleaning and with cooking. Since then she has been back several times to help out. A staff shortage in the kitchen at the top sanatorium has brought Mrs Genet back this time. She began work yesterday morning, helping the cook. She will continue to work in the mornings until early,in January. when she expects to assist with clearing up after the evening meal. "It's good light work, and I have always enjoyed it,” said Mrs Genet.
