Mr B. A. Hume, of Wellington, has been awarded the 1960 travelling, scholarship of the New Zealand Society of Accountants. Tenable for two years, the scholarships are awarded to enable the holder to obtain further accountancy experience abroad, after which he is required to return to New Zealand. Mr Hume will take up his scholarship as a member of the staff of an associated London firm of chartered accountants early next year.
