A property of more than 32 perches with a frontage of about 90ft-at 136 King street, Rangiora, was passed in after two bids of £l7OO and £lBOO at public auction.
The property is situated opposite the Rangiora Borough School, and includes a house with four main rooms plastered throughout. Outbuildings comprise a wood shed and general store shed. The property was offered on account of the trustees of the estate of the late Mrs M. M. Ellett.
