AKAROA SCHOOL ADDITIONS
Tender Approved (From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, October 14. The Government has approved the acceptance of a tender to carry out alterations and additions to the Akaroa District High School, the Minister of Education (Mr Skoglund) said today in a message to Mr N. E. Kirk, member of Parliament for Lyttelton. “The additions and alterations." said Mr Skoglund, "provide for a new laboratory, additional toilet facilities, and the conversion of the existing laboratory-classroom into a library-classroom."
