CARGOMASTERS AT HAREWOOD
Planes Expected Late Tonight Both the United States Air Force Cargomasters to arrive at Christchurch airport late tonight -will be on display at the airport tomorrow. The cargo carried by the two aircraft weighs about 57 tons. The first aircraft will carry a snow-moving machine, weighing 17 tons, for use in preplaraing buildings at Byrd Station, accessories weighing four tons and a half, spare Hercules parts and three pieces of automatic weather stations and miscellaneous cargo weighing 10 tons, a total of 31J tons. The second Cargomaster will carry 25J tons. Included in the cargo are a snow-moving machine and its accessories weighing 20 tons, and miscellaneous cargo of five tons and a half.
