JUNIOR CITY COUNCIL
Residents Appoint Representative A 28-yeer-old Papanui housewife, Mrs M. Y. Burrows, has been appointed the representative of Residents Affiliated for the first meeting of the Junior City Council on October 5. Mrs Burrows, who is secretary of the North Papanui-Styx Residents’ Asoeciation, will remain on the junior council until her appointment is confirmed or another representative elected.
