Wairoa Chosen By Union The 1961 national titles would be contested at Wairoa, Hawke's Bay. the Dominion Wrestling Union Conference decided in Christchurch yesterday. The championships will be organised by the Wairoa Wrestling Association, in conjunction with the Eastern Districts Amateur Committee. They will be held in the Wairoa Memorial Stadium. By selecting a North Island team, the Wrestling Union has declined the offer of the president of the Canterbury Sports Federation (Mr W. J. Cowles) for the 1961 titles to be held In the new Indoor sports stadium now under construction in

Aranui, Mr Cowles made the offer when the present championships began on Thursday.
