WORLD MATCH
New Zealand is likely to be the scene of a world championship ploughing match. Ploughing administrators in this country are at present negotiating for allocation of the 1967 world match to New Zealand. Canterbury could well be the scene of such a contest and a site close to Christchurch international airport at Harewood is believed to have been given consideration.
