Breweries Offer For Grey And Menzies
(New Zealand Press Association). AUCKLAND, July 22. New Zealand Breweries, Ltd., has made a takeover offer worth approximately £258,000 at current, values for the £60,000 paid capital of Grey and Menzies, - Ltd., * Auckland, aerated water manufacturers and PepsiCola franchise holders. The directors of Grey and Menzies recommend acceptance of the offer.
