Boxing POSTPONEMENT OF WEEK LIKELY
Welter-Weight Title Contest (New Zealand Press Association) DUNEDIN, July 22. The plans for the proposed New Zealand professional welterweight boxing bout between H. Forsyth and J. McNally in Dunedin on August 1. have been changed and the bout will probably now be held on August 8. A definite date will be set after the convener of the Otago Boxing Association's professional match committee, Mr G. O’Kane, has further discussion with Forsyth's manager next week. Both boxers were expected to be medically fit for August 1, but their 10-round bout at Invercargill last Wednesday would make a delay of one week to thi radvantage.
