Arrests In Spain
(Rec 8 p.m.) MADRID, July 21. Spanish security police rounded up 287 persons earlier this month in a move against Communist activity in southern Spain, a Government spokesman said in Madrid today. " More than 100 of those held, were released at once and many more will be freed within the next few hours, the Government spokesman said.
