A.C.I. Dividend Steady
(N.Z. Press Association— Copyright) MELBOURNE, July 21. The directors of Australian Consolidated Industries, Ltd., have announced a final dividend of 6 per cent on ordinary shares, together with a bonus of 2J per cent. With the interim 5 per cent., paid on March 31 this makes 12} per cent, for the year ended June 30, unchanged. The dividend is payable on September 30. Former shareholders in the Banks Box Co., Ltd., who have or are being allotted shares in 1.C.1. will receive the dividend and bonus. Former shareholders in Johnston Cardboard Box Co., Ltd., allotted A.C.I. shares will not participate in this distribution, having, in the terms of the agreement, already received a final dividend from their own company.
