CUBA SEIZES TWO MORE REFINERIES.—With the Cuban flag flying, members of Dr. Fidel Castro’s workers’ militia stand guard at the American-owned Esso-Standard oil refinery in Havana, on July 1, after the Cuban Government had seized the plant. The Britishcontrolled Shell refinery was also seized. The plants were taken over by Cuba because of their refusal to refine Russian crude oil.
