ROME, July X A record number of 78 countries have entered for the Rome Olympic Games with only a few hours from the expiry of the entry deadline at midnight. One of the last to send its official entry form was Russia. . Yacht Safe.—Marine authorities in Port Moresby today called oft a sea-air alert for a 40-foot yacht, the September Song, feared missing off the north eoast of New Guinea.
