IN THE MATTER OF THE RABBITS ACT, 1955 NOTICE is hereby given that the Ashburton Gorge Rabbit Board has by resolution classified all the land in its district for the purpose of levying a rate on a graduated scale for the period commgpcing APRIL 1, 1960, and ending on MARCH 31 1961. A list setting forth such classification may be inspected without fee at the office of the Board, Talbot Chambers. Beswick street, Timaru, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on week days and such list shall be open for inspection from July 1 to 21, 1960. NOTICE is hereby given that the Ashburton Goree Rabbit Board intends at a Meeting of the Board to be held at Hakatere on Monday, August 1, to make and levy a rate on -the land in its district for the period commencing on APRIL 1. 1960, and ending on MARCH 31. 1961, in the classes as set out herein. Rate Class Proportion Per Acre A 11 2% pence B 9 21 pence AND NOTICE is hereby further given that the said rate will become payable at the office of the Board in one sum on AUGUST 8, 1960, and that the Ratebook is open for inspection without fee by Ratepayers, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. An additional charge of 10 per cent, will be added to all Rates UNPAID at the expiration of Six Months and Fourteen (14) days from the date of demand and shall be recoverable accordingly.
