MANILA, June 22 The United States was considering a plan to set up a Southeast Asia Treaty Organisation war college in the Philippines, it was officially learned today The Philippines Foreign Secretary iMr F. Serrano) sounded out United States officials about American finance for the proposed war college during a recent visit to Washington.
The college would train military officers from S.E.A.T.O. member nations.
