Sir, —In Friday’s issue, a delegate to the counties conference, in speaking of speed limits on roads, is reported to have said: “I break the law every day." Later the same gentleman stated: “A law which is broken consistently is not a good law.” To give that another twist, can anyone say a citizen who consistently breaks the law is a good citizen?—Yours, etc., 1.L.8.
