(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 10. Shareholders of the Auckland Farmers’ Freezing Company, Ltd., approved changes at an extraordinary general meeting today to alter the articles of association to permit conversion to a co-opera-tive company. They also increased authorised capital to £1 million and agreed to capitalise £550,662 of reserves in a two-for-one bonus issue.
The issue will increase paid capital to £825,993. , Following the conversion to a co-operative company, all shareholders will require to be bona fide suppliers of produce to the company.
