NEW VICARAGE IN SPREYDON
A new vicarage for the parish of Spreydon and Hoon Hay will be built behind the new Church of St. Martin. It will replace the old vicarage in Hoon Hay road.
It will be built in concrete blocks and the ceiling will follow the line of the roof. The building will cost about £7OOO. Half the money will be raised by the sale of the old vicarage and funds raised by the parish from direct giving, and half will be borrowed from the Christchurch Diocesan Council.
