Yaldhurst Branch Of W.D.F.F.
The Dominion president of the Women’s Division of Federated Farmers (Mrs A. Harper) gave a talk on the work of the women's division at the annual meeting of the Yaldhurst branch. The retiring president (Mrs T. A. Guy), who had held office for six years, did not seek re-elec-tion. Officers elected were:—President, Mrs W. E. Wright; vicepresidents, Mesdames C. Campion and A. K. Hamilton; secretarytreasurer, Mrs T. H. Tomes. Annual competitions resulted as follows: Mrs C. Campion 1. Mrs T. A. Crawford 2. Mrs W. E. Wright 3. The Bearman Rose Bowl and the Yaldhurst Federated Farmers’ Cup were awarded to Mrs C. Campion.
