MR G. J. WRIGHT, B.Sc. (hons.), a graduate of the University of Canterbury, who has been awarded the I.C.I. (N.Z.) Research Fellowship for 1960. The fellowship is awarded annually through the University of New Zealand for post-graduate research to be undertaken in one of the New Zealand Universities. Mr Wright will carry out his research project in physical organic chemistry at the University of Canterbury. He is 22 years old and was educated at the Napier Boys’ High School, where he was dux in 1955.
