Provincial League Approved
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 26. The New Zealand Football Association tonight approved a request from the Manawatu, Wanganui and Taranaki associations to stage a three-way league system on a home-and-away basis. The Hawke's Bay association was invited to participate, but travelling costs prevented it. The first match is on Saturday—between Manawatu and Wanganui.
