Because a telegram for the acceptance of Commando in the Courtenay Handicap at Riccarton next Monday was misplaced in the office of the Canterbury Jockey Club the field has had to be recast. Commando now re-enter* the field and Talkative has been eliminated. The order of horse* balloted out with right of re-entry and brackets are also affected, and aome of the barrier draws have had to realigned.
