£518.000 Bid For Property Firm The Reid Murray organisation has acquired the whole of the ordinary and preference share capital of three Western Australian companies. They are Regent Developments Ltd., and its associates, Brenton Buildings, Pty. Ltd., and Capitol Constructions, Ltd. The acquisition means £200,000 to the Western Australian shareholders. The basis of ‘the acquisition was: Seven Reid Murray 5s shares lor each £1 ordinary share in Regent Developments, Ltd. The preference shares in Regent was paid for in cash. Five Reid Murray 5s shares for each two £1 shares held in Brenton Buildings Pty., Ltd. Five Reid Murray 5s shares for every two 10s shares In Capitol Constructions, Ltd.
