U.S. Dockers. Urge Boycott SAN FRANCISCO, April 10. The International Longshoremen’s and Warehousemen’s Union today urged a boycott on handling all goods to and from South Africa. The union said in a statement issued at a convention: “Every decent American is horrified at the slaughter of innocent men, women and children now taking place in South Africa.” The- 102 delegates from 41 branches demanded that “these outrages cease forthwith.”
