Sir,—A nutritionist of the Department of Health stated recently that you will get as • much value from ordinary milk as you will get from yoghurt. He could easily have added that certain people would benefit from fat-free yoghurt and less milk: The-v4faminsjn iive yeast, he shys, are eaten in such small amounts they contribute little to out' diet But they are there. He suggests- adding yeast to soups and - ’ gr'avies, "for" a little food value, colour, and flavour I suggest. adding, two tablespoons of bottled, dated yeast to two pints of skim milk; add a tablespoon of black treacle and a cup and a half of skim milk -powder Drink that for colour, more life, and more food value B family). It does not Worry me but I think the flavour part is there, also!—Yours, etc, EXTRAVAGANT .CLAIMS. March 25. 1960.
