Waimairi Streets
Sir,--Recently I took a run. to Akaroa. The roads were perfect the whole way, a credit to the council members, engineers, and roadmen responsible for their upkeep. Some of the roads and footpaths in the Waimairi county are a disgrace to the council and some of the staff employed by them.—Yours etc.. A RATEPAYER. January 13, 1960.
