DOCTORS LOOK AT PLASTIC BAGS.—The Medical Officer of Health (Dr. A. Douglas) and his deputy, Dr. W. I. Paterson look at plastic bags after warning about the danger of the bags to young children. In the United States, children have died from suffocation caused by the bags, or pieces of plastic, being forced against their faces.
