A six-roomed dwelling at Robinsons Bay put Up for auction yesterday was passed in at £l7OO. The property was offered on behalf of the estate of John Duxbury. Bidding began at .£l4OO and rose in £lOO bids to £l6OO. Two further £5O bids raised it to £l7OO.
