Pigeon Racing East Christchurch Club
The East Christchurch Pigeon Club flew the first of its long races from Te Araroa (525 miles) at the weekend. Results were:—
K. Harrison, 15hr 12min 57sec: W. Walls. 15hr 13min 16sec; K. Harrison, 16hr Omin 13sec; O. Freeman. 16hr 2min 16sec; E. Courtier. IGhr smin ssec: Mann and Anderson, 16hr 32min 51sec; W. Walls, 16hr 36min 13sec; H. Courtier, 18hr 21mih 12sec; O. Freeman, 18hr 59min 54sec. W. Walls nominated bird.
