MINOR FIRES
About five feet of hedge wil destroyed by fire on the property of Mr D. Bradley, at 46 Montreal street, at 1.40 p.m. yesterday. The hedge fire was extinguished by a unit from the Sydenham station of the Christchurch Fire Brigade. At 6.31 p.m. two units from New Brighton were called to * scrub fire on a vacant section at 25 Britannia street, the property of Mr N. M. Belt There was no damage.
