RUANDA POLICY APPROVED
Belgian Vote (N-Z Press Association—Copyright) BRUSSELS, November 19. The Belgian Government today won a vote of confidence in the Chamber of Representatives (Lower House) on its policy declaration for the mandate territory of Ruanda-Urundi. Voting on the confidence motion tabled by the majority CatholicLiberals, was 111 to 70. The Government’s policy for Ruanda-Urundi, where there has recently been inter-tribal fighting. is to make the two feudal kingdoms constitutional monarchies by the end of next year.
